We will process your refund request within 48hours.The refund will be returned to your account via the original payment route within 7-15 days after the return application is approved.

Undeliverable orders
Occasionally orders are returned to us due to incorrect address ,failed delivery
attempts , refuse to pay taxes ,provide ID copy, unable to make import declarations, or
parcel was refused by recipients.
When the delivery agent returns an undeliverable or unclaimed package, we can
re-ship the order. However, the customer will be charged per parcel for the shipping
fee to resend.
In case of dispute, POP COSTUME reserves the final explanation rights for the final decisions.
